Like the song says, Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree—except she’d much rather perch in a sunny window or a cozy lap (on her terms, of course). Kookaburra is friendly, playful, and full of personality. She seems to enjoy people but likes to set the pace of interactions. We’re not sure yet how she feels about other cats or dogs. This one-year-old longhaired tabby came to us as a stray, a little worse for wear, with cockleburrs tangled in her mane.
