Become a Volunteer at BRHS
Support from caring individuals such as yourself ensures that the humane society is able to meet its mission.
The BRHS relies solely on personal donations and our fundraising events for funding; we are NOT affiliated with the HSUS or any other humane society, government, city, or national group and do not receive money from any national organization.
Time and Talent
If you aren’t able to donate money, consider donating your time. The BRHS is always looking for volunteers in order to help the animals. If you are looking for ways that you can help, feel free to stop down and pick up a volunteer application or download and print one by clicking here.
There are so many ways that you can get involved: designing posters or handing them out, replacing broken light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets, helping at fundraising events, walking and bathing dogs, grooming cats, being a part of our fundraising committee and, of course, we’ll never turn down help with scooping litter boxes!
